The EcoGarden is a place for people to have interactive learning experiences about medicinal and culinary herbs, native and beneficial plants and sustainable gardening practices, to increase life in the garden and the surrounding areas. This space is created and sustained as a collaborative effort of those in the community who wish to learn and teach the ways of the garden. Through ongoing classes and events, this garden will be designed, installed and maintained as a learning experience to demonstrate some of the things that are possible in a relatively small space. The garden will continue to evolve and grow and reflect the cycles of nature and the needs of the community.
