Welcome to the Echo Park/Elysian Park Neighborhood Council Discussion Forum.

This forum is an electronic "Speakers Corner" for the Greater Echo Park area, created to facilitate open communication and outreach. It is a place for questions, comments, announcements and discussion. Any content relevant to any Greater Echo Park Neighborhood Council stakeholder is fair game.

Unpopular and/or controversial opinions are welcome and unmoderated as long as discourse remains civil. Given that, the site owner reserves the right to, at his discretion, moderate or ban members who are abusive or use the forum inappropriately.
