The Eastside Sangha is a non-sectarian group of people dedicated to the practice of mindfulness, as taught by Thich Nhat Hanh and others. The Sangha offers those interested in mindful living an opportunity to deepen their practice through meditation, mindful discussion and listening through interaction with other practitioners.

This group site offers the opportunity for members and friends of the community to receive regular updates, share inspirational articles via download and upload capabilities, and to participate in periodic on-line dharma-chat sessions.
