The Eastern Reenactors Association is a group of US Civil War reenctors and living historians that have come together to work in making our hobby more fun and achieving. We have Union, Confederate, and civilian members. We welcome all groups and individuals interested in a family style of our hobby. We do not discriminate against race, religion, age, or gender and promote fun for all. We also welcome "New Recruits" that might ne interested in getting started into the hobby and help with placement into one of our members groups. The main object is to help one another make events more organized and succesfull. We also offer links to accepted suppliers that offer equipment needed in out hobby. Liability insurance is available for all members and units in our group. Most events require insurance now and eventually ALL will. Because we can get better rates as a group, this will allow for major savings for all members. As a member, you and/or your group are also allowed to post messages, announce events, post pictures, meet other members, or just have general gossip about our hobby on our group site.
