Hello Bay Area Friends,

Being a childcare professional and mom I frequent sites like craigslist, ebay and use groups such as freecycle. They are all great for getting what I need or want, but were often very limited. I wanted a site/forum where I could have more choices, more specific to my needs as a parent, in my immediate area. Since there was no site or group out there for me to join, I created my own. I decided to start a group for the San Francisco Bay Area where you can trade, borrow, loan, give things away, request to buy & trade, and sell. HOWEVER no selling will be allowed without the option to trade as well (except Fridays which is our CASH SALE day), so MAKE SURE when posting an offer you give the option to trade, as well as PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALWAYS POST YOUR LOCATION IN THE SUBJECT LINE. Not doing so will slow down your post approval process and/or your post will be rejected. WHEN POSTING YOU MUST POST (USE EMAIL TO POST-IT”S EASIEST) TO BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING ADDRESSES:

YOU MUST CONTINUE YOUR MEMBERSHIP WITH THE MAIN GROUP (BAY AREA KID STUFF SWAP) IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE WITH THIS GROUP. IF YOU DO NOT POST TO BOTH GROUPS, YOUR POST WILL NOT BE APPROVED PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE OTHER ORIGINAL MEMBERS, AND CONTINUE TO GIVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONTINUE TO SWAP/BUY/TRADE/SELL/ETC.
