The purpose of the East Texas Teens Christian Homeschool Association is to provide a support group for both teens (ages 12 to 18) and parents of teens involved in teaching their children in a Christian environment.This group will serve the Cherokee county and surrounding areas of East Texas. Our goal is to provide encouragement, fellowship and mentoring for Christian homeschool families in order to assist teenagers in becoming morally responsible citizens with integrity and respect for others in their families and community, so that we might glorify and edify our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Statement of Faith

It is our intent to do all things in a manner which honors Biblical principles. These principles are based on the belief that the Scriptures are the inspired Word of God, inerrant and supreme, and the final authority of faith and life.This position is posted to avoid conflict, which could arise within this group of homeschooling families with differing motivations and philisophical approaches. By keeping to a biblical basis, this group acknowledges the Bible as the final authority for all decisions and guidelines made herein.
