Eastern Montgomery County PA Inclusive (EMI) Homeschoolers is an All-Inclusive group of Home Educating families in and around Eastern Montgomery County Pennsylvania.

We offer support and community for homeschooling families of all backgrounds. We are an all-inclusive group, meaning we do not discriminate based on religious faith, race, age or homeschooling style. Simply put, we come from diverse backgrounds and feel this is our strength. We want our members to feel comfortable with sharing and learning from each other. We also feel it is important for our children to appreciate diversity. We vary in our approaches to homeschooling as well. We have traditional homeschoolers, unschoolers, some involved in charter schools and those combining several approaches!

Primarily we seek to learn from each other and support each other as we create a positive environment for our children to learn, play, create friendships and grow. We meet at area parks on Thursdays in warmer weather and have bi-monthly Mom's Nights Outs. We also arrange field trips and holiday parties and share information about classes that are available to homeschoolers in the area.

New members are most welcome! However, for the safety of our children, we do have a requirement that we meet all new members within a few weeks of joining the group. We simply want to know the people with whom we are sharing information.
