Those moving to East Lake who are part of this Art’s movement place a dark purple upside down “e” in your window or fly a dark purple flag at your home to mark that an Artist lives here! Artist taking over East Lake! Move here when you can…but just move here. We also encourage galleries, music venues, books and coffee shops and small original restaurants in Birmingham’s East Lake area. East Lake is a multi-cultural and GLBT friendly neighborhood.
