Welcome to the online community of "East African International Connection" (EAIC): After approval, you will be sent interesting cultural events, socials, talks etc. KIC is in the primary building stages. In a word, we strive to facilitate safe connections between internationally minded thinkers. Our motto is 'Global thinkers in a global city'. We welcome volunteers and all cultural groups, as well as newcomers to the city from abroad to make this forum their own. Please take advantage of this free venue to meet others by posting desired personal meetups, cultural events etc.

Examples might be language meetups, cultural associations, bookstore authors & academic talks, key religious events, theater, storytelling. This is a forum for the newcomer and so please feel free to announce your own meetups such as 'I would like to have a cooking evening at my home or would anyone like to join me for...etc'
RULES FOR POSTING:
Postings should keep to EAIC's cultural outreach and philanthropic ideals. We will choose the best and most interesting posts that promote these ideals.
Posts must be respectful and appropriate, and are subject to approval by EAIC administrators. Adverts, commercial events, fund raising or acerbic comments are not generally approved. Post your event early. Include an email or phone number. When responding to posts, reply directly to the contact details provided. No one will dominate the forum.

EAIC will eventually have bimonthly cultural salons, academic forums and parties designed to educate people by giving a voice to the creative and talented international community in cities across East Africa. We strive to be hospitable, relevant and culturally diverse. This forum is being used in cities all over the world and has been featured positively in the international media.
