Welcome to the internet home of the East Texas Libertarian
Organization.
We are a bunch of malcontents, troublemakers, crackpots, and curmudgeons who hold to the odd notion that Thomas Jefferson was right when he said "that government is best that governs least."
If you're tired of Republicans in your bedroom, Democrats in your boardroom and both of them in your bank account then you're one of us.
If you notice that government creates two new problems for each old one they try to solve you're one of us.
If you want to be left alone by government and think others have the same right then you're one of us.
If you think a congressman's job is not to "bring home" your tax dollars but to make sure your money never leaves home in the first place then you're one of us.
And if it occurs to you that the "lesser of two evils" is still evil then you're one of us.
Yes, we're small. Yes, we've got a long road to travel and a world of work to do. But we ask the age old question:"If not you then who and if not now then when?"
Join us. Tell your friends. Tell your enemies for that matter.
Get involved.
We usually meet on the third Saturday of each month at 3:30 PM. However, please check the calendar for the exact date, time and place of each monthly meeting.

Let us all take time to pause at the magnitude of the sacrifices that have been made. Whether you agree or disagree with the causes of that sacrifice, someone
