East Side Moms is a group of mothers from Syracuse and the eastern suburbs. Our group includes mothers who are home full time as well as those who work either full or part-time. Our goal is to provide a welcoming atmosphere for all members and create opportunities for enriching activities for moms and their kids. Monthly planning meetings allow us to create full calendars with a variety of activities such as:

• Playgroups for kids of all ages
• Craft activities
• Trips to the zoo
• Tours of local facilities
• Opportunities to get kids moving such as gymnastics, park and beach days, and group walks/bike rides
• Seasonal activities including strawberry and apple picking, visits to the pumpkin patch, picnics, and nature walks
• Book swaps
• Mom’s Night Out - dinners, movies
• Book Club for Moms
