I bought a 4 unit nice place just a few months ago. Upon my first vacancy I get a lot of questions about location, price and what it looks like.

So I thought a group would be a place to give that as well as a way to keep current that tenants here can post and find out things if they want.

The address is 908 West Lake Avenue, New Carlisle, Ohio 45344 -about a mile west of Main Street (highway 235).

The property does have benefits that it is located close to anything New Carlisle has yet is a quite section of a quite town. If you know the area, then you know you are minutes from every major town including Dayton, but far enough away to enjoy the small town atmosphere.
The location is good for New Carlisle as the post office and library are also on Lake just a mile away at Lake and Main next to banks and everything else a small town has.

The city of New Carlisle has an ordinance that a permit is needed for door to door solicitation. We don’t get any. The main door to the complex is locked and kept closed so you will not have strangers knocking at your door selling anything- it is quite here.
