Some DX 2m 300 MW beacon contacts at top height and Tropo Ducting assistance for propogation went far as PENN,OH,RI,NJ,Canada,NY,Vermont,NH,MA,ME.
This Balloon Project went on the Drawing board as of Sept.15,2001.
All Research and Developements has been preformed by myself
except for the beginning first research 229 balloons to research winds and distances and seasonal landing projections.

I designed all by Conceived Idea's of P-Chutes/Package's designs.
Of cut down device's and release cord and chute drops hooks and Dog chute squid rings and J-Stream Drag chute's and Flight control sensors. With Basic stamping and remote operations and program related too.
