This e-mail group was started by Equip for Equality ( www.equipforequality.org ) and is for anyone who wants to receive updates from EFE regarding the Chicago Transit Authority's (CTA) efforts to comply with the settlement agreement in Access Living et al v. CTA. This case involved alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by 9 people with disabilities and Access Living and was settled in Sept, 2001.
