Based on the freecycle and freeschool concept the EDU-CYCLE will network regional members to share educational resources. Members can post OFFERS (skills they can impart as a teacher/mentor, educational materials and cooperative educational opportunities) and WANTS (things they'd like to learn, materials they need, etc)

It's a grassroots and entirely nonprofit movement of people who are giving (& getting) an education for free in their own towns. It's all about sharing resources and talents. Each local group is moderated by a local volunteer. Membership is free, classes offered must be free.

This group will act as a hub for a larger regional network of EDU-CYCLES.

Use this group to organize online learning experiences, use your regional EDU-CYCLE to organize free school activities, paper libraries and anything else you can dream up.
