EARC NCS Goals for 2011

Training: Every NCS operator should be trained in ICS (The Incident Command System). Every NCS operator should have read and know the principles in the NCS training manual. Encouraging all NCSs to complete EMCOM I II from ARRL.

Recruitment: It is our goal to pair 2 NCS for each night of the week. The NCSs would alternate days and be first line backups for each other. This means we need 14 NCSs.

Involvement: Every NCS represents the EARC and so should be fully paid up members in good standing. Every NCS should make every effort to attend the monthly general membership meetings.

Continuity: The chain of EARC nets should never be broken. (Holidays and emergencies excepted)
