This is our online HQ for coordinating the EARC net control stations and net announcements.

EARC NCS Goals for 2008

Training: Every NCS operator should be trained in ICS (The Incident Command System). Every NCS operator should have read and know the principles in the NCS training manual.

Recruitment: It is our goal to pair 2 NCS for each night of the week. The NCSs would alternate days and be first line backups for each other. This means we need 14 NCSs.

Involvement: Every NCS represents the EARC and so should be fully paid up members in good standing. Every NCS should make every effort to attend the monthly general membership meetings.

Continuity: The chain of EARC nets should never be broken, unless preempted by emergency communication.
