The purpose of this group is to discuss issues related to dictionaries available in electronic form (eg. CDROM-based dictionaries), to the exclusion of online-dictionaries, which are already covered by another eGroup, GlossPost.
Electronic dictionaries can be unilingual (eg. Petit Robert), bilingual (eg. Termium) or multilingual (eg. LeXpro).
This group is aimed primarily at translators, but anyone with an interest in electronic dictionaries is free to join. It can be of use for obtaining opinions about a particular electronic dictionary (before buying it), help about installation etc.
The language of this group is English, or any other language, as long as it is relevant to the dictionaries being discussed.
