This is the group to join if you love reading mysteries that feature dogs (and their people)!

Since our discussions have pretty much dropped down to nothing, I'm going to once again change the idea here.
Instead of having any kind of "Book of the Month" suggested for reading by the group, let's just use this group to share whatever mysteries you happen to be reading each month that include dogs as a significant part. They don't necessarily have to take part in solving the crimes, but can be important to the protagonist or the plot in some sort of way. Please always feel free to suggest books that fit this "dog mystery" category for all of us, even if those suggestions do not include books you are reading that month. As always, please remember to include a SPOILER warning in the subject line and SPOILER SPACE at the beginning of each post if there is any possibility of your message ruining things for people who have not yet read the book.

Authors on this group: PLEASE keep us informed of any books you may have already "out there" or about to be released that fit this category as well, since we really do want to support you and keep you writing them for us!

Also, if any members want to request a "Buddy Read" with others, feel free to post that as well. There is a Database Table Set up (click on Database on left of page) where you may do your sign-ups. More than one person can sign up in a column. Thanks to all of you who participate here.
