A group for people who want to "do their bit" to preserve and save the environment, by recycling, reusing, reducing waste, minimising energy usage, reducing car use, and much more!

Here we can share ideas for reusing common household items, ideas for saving water, electricity, etc., "recipes" for natural cleaning products, experiences with new items etc.

Also it is a place to share campaigning ideas, if you want to. Maybe you came across a product with a ridiculous amount of packaging, you can discuss it here and come up with a letter of complaint, a web or email address to send the complaint to, and organise a campaign from there!

And of course it is always good to encourage and compliment those companies who are doing well on environmental issues, such as using recycled packaging, and very little packaging altogether. We can do that from this group too.
