Division 11 - HCA - Hobie Cat Association of North America is dedicated to the advancement of catamaran sailing. Having it's roots on the East Coast, USA - Mid Atlantic area from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and spreading internationally.
