Dive-Arkansas is a friendly community for enthusiast of Scuba, Snorkel, Skin, or Free Diving from around Arkansas and surrounding states, along with those who travel to our areas wonderful lakes and rivers. This is a community list where members can get together to share information about favorite sites and gear, discuss problems and issues, find dive buddies, meet others, make friends, chat, or just generally hang-out.


The list is open to all who wish to join. We're open to most discussion topics that in some way involves Diving of any type, Snorkeling, Swimming, Boating, Best Places to Go, Reviews, or Whatever. Including technical issues such as Equipment, Maintenance, Underwater Filming and Photography, Air/NitrOx, PADI, SSI, NAUI, DAN, Dive Shops, etc.

We're very friendly and strive to be a nice place to get to know other people. No subject is really taboo though we do ask that you keep discussions civil and please avoid use of foul language. We are generally unmoderated, though to help discourage spammers new members are moderated for a brief time. This list is a Spam-free/Flame-free zone.

New members are encouraged to introduce themselves on the list and all members may upload bios, pictures taken both above and below the waterline, stories, technical data, or whatever to the files and photos sections.

Members are welcome to post advertisements about personal equipment they have For Sale, Trade, Equipment Wanted, and Dive Partners needed. Retail shops may advertise major upcoming sales, discount specials on equipment, and dive trips but are limited to one such message per week for sales/sale items and one for dive trips. However, those messages may contain multiple items or trips in the same message.
