Sometimes we fill it with mash and sometimes tails. Depends on which has a higher content of alcohol and whether or not we have any tails. We never fill it...

Hi Darryn, You can "re-pitch" yeast more than 10 times in most cases, the biggest factor in determining if the yeast is still healthy would be its viability....
