Description

We are just interested in discussing the discourse of Siddharta Gotama, the historic Buddha, with as little dogma as possible. However, since the discourses frequently mention the absorption states (jhanas/dhyanas), then this is a friendly place to discuss them within the context of sutta/sutra pitaka.

Good Nori, just find a pose that works for you. Maybe that is what Hatha Yoga was originally about, to just give everyone a posture that works for them.

Jhanananda, I do, tried lion pose also, but too often I get sleepy. Any trick in not getting sleepy? Also, how exactly do you watch your breath? sensations
