The DOS Group promotes the use of digital modes on six meter. This is the group to join if you likes to use digital modes on the magic band. This includes “all digital modes” and “propagation modes”. The group is continually searching for new processes to enhance and encourage DOS members. Members are expected to participate in the DOS activities and promote good operating habits. DOS promotes the use of the appropriate calling frequencies and standard operating procedures for all modes. The reflector may be used for making schedules with other stations using weak signal modes. During band openings stations should be active on the calling frequencies and attempt to setup roundtable groups with other operators. . Our objective is to have digital modes used as often as SSB and to follow prudent / considerate operating practices.
