  1. employers / project-creators post requirements
  2. freelancers announce their availability
  3. VIEW / POST resumes by clicking Files on left; post by next clicking Create Text File (plain text 15 words/line)
  4. VIEW / POST portfolio URLs by clicking Links; post by next clicking Add Bookmark
  5. swap info and collaborate on projects with others
  6. artists can display their online video /compositing work as works of art and not necessarily a quest for a project
