We don't unquestionably ban/terminate service based off gossip/hearsay (no responsible person does) so claims are investigated thoroughly. If it's found that copyright is being violated, the party involved will be dealt with within the scope of our ability to do so, not beyond. Yet understand this also, if we find that a person has maliciously slandered another, be advised such individuals may be subject to removal at our discretion.
