Welcome to the Desoto Model Railroad Club List. The purpose of this list is to gather support for the forming of a Memphis Area Model Railroad Club. In its early stages the list will be a forum for discussion of model train related topics. In the future the list will be a way for members to keep up to date with club events and info. Model Railroaders of all skill levels are wanted. The hope in the future is that we can have a place to build a large HO layout equipped with DCC technology. A club with several members is the perfect way to build a great layout that would be almost impossible for an individual limited by space and funds. Pooling resources together can make for an incredible layout enjoyed by many. But before that can happen we need members. Please join us the more the better!!!
