Greetings, this brings some new events in life as many of our friends in Forest
Moon like to hear what's going on. Forest Moon locally as you know has gone on
hiatus due to lack of interest, but that may start up again later in the year or
next year depends on request. The year has started on a bad note for me with
Cerridwenn, my large Maine Coone cat as many of you knew of went missing and I
believe she told me her good-bye's and went out to die on her own, she is in a
better place now. Then, also in January we were trying to get a 40-acre rental
and were approved but crooked real-estate companies are out there and they gave
it someone else although we were approved and should have had it. Feb. 4th my
Great Aunt passed on, I will sorely miss her and regret having not spent more
time with her but her suffering has ended and she also, is in a better place.
Now, here it is still February but we may have a rental near Hillcrest Park as
many of our locals know where that is and it is everything we have wanted in a
house so we will be moving soon. That is one positive thing moving on and our
new son, Antheny was born into this world January 26th at 1028AM weighing in at
7lbs 14oz and 20 inches long. His name is Antheny Eric Alan Cooper and he is as
of this writing 2 weeks old, Cheyanne is now 15 months, getting into everything
but always a joy and she is also excited about having a baby brother. Having a
new family is very exciting as I started late in life but I wouldn't change a
thing as I'm glad my military days are over and I can focus on this new chapter.
We will be expanding the farm with 20 more chicks to add to our flock and
possibly start selling eggs this summer. I am also looking at the garden and
possibly expanding on my orchard so that is where are our lives are now. I'm
also working on an associates degree on-line as a Veterinary Technician as I
already got my diploma as a Vet Assistant. These things I plan on eventually
coming into play when we finally have the Sanctuary up and running years from
now. Ashley is having fun as a mom and working on writing projects, bread and
cupcake baking and homestead cooking as we work on skills for the Sanctuary as a
self-sufficient green Pagan village. That's about all as of now, I will keep you
updated from time to time but always remember we are only a phone call away and
always have the coffee on. Blessings.
Eric, Ashley, Cheyanne, and baby Antheny
