Comedy Night Fundraiser for the Turnverein Cultural Center

Comedy Show featuring Deacon Gray-- Comedy Works headliner and winner of the Great American Comedy Festival will take place Saturday, Sept 12 at 9:00 pm in the basements at the  Turnverein. Several additional local comics will also be featured.  The event will take place in conjunction with a ballroom dance bash that begins at 7 pm.  Everyone is welcome.

We need a few more people to enter the photo show.It's only $10 per entry. This is a great opportunity to show and sell your photo/art work. The art show will open October 10. Registration forms are in the lobby or on the website www.denverturnverein.org

LOCK UP YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS
We had an incident at the salsa social on Wednesday night. A purse and a shoe bag were stolen from the bar area during the dance lesson (around 8 pm).  We did recover the purse in the dumpster behind the building later in the evening. The only thing not recovered was the person's car keys. We also found the shoe bag and shoes in the parking lot. Please lock your belonging in the trunk of your car.
