This group is for people living on the Delmarva Peninsula who would like to share everything to do with home gardening. A main purpose of the group is to provide a means for our neighbors to share favorite gardening resources, ideas and knowledge and to support our community and world by promoting our common interest.

Discussion topics include home vegetable gardening, ornamentals, herbs, landscape plants, plant propagation, organic gardening, square foot gardening, greenhouses, garden food preservation, hydroponics, container gardening, flowers, fruit trees, perennials, annuals, berries, composting, edible landscaping, and more.

Please share your gardening experiences and techniques, as well as your gardening questions with the other members of the group. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the discussions regardless of your experience or know-how. New gardeners, don't be shy - ask questions. Our members love to help.

We may buy, sell, trade or gift our excess produce, plants, seeds, cuttings, etc., as well as garden supplies and tools with other group members. We may offer items for sale no more often than once every 2 weeks.

Local businesses may include their information in our database section and may post items for sale only with prior approval by the group owner. Please contact the group owner to arrange special promotions for members of this group.

Please keep posts on the topic of gardening. A bit of light, off-topic discussion is fine, but this is not a forum for discussing current events, religion, politics, etc. Please keep all discussions civil, respecting the right of others to express their opinions even if you don't agree with them.
