Go forth and slay each other! Death By Socks #8 has begun!!!! Aussie time! Well it was September 1st across the International Date Line.

The picture is Spring Furrows. This is the "Fancy" version with the furrows covering the leg, instep & heel of the sock. We're doing the plain version for Death By Socks #8.

Please remember to check your contact information in the Contact Database under the database heading to the left. If you're squemish about putting your information out there, (as a former financial consultant, it really doesn't matter in this day and age), you can email it to me privately at susierose_89124@yahoo.com , please remember to put DBS in the subject line. This is a requirement in order to play the game. BTW - I won't be able to post the Assassin List until I have everyone contact info.

Death By Socks allows sock knitters of all experiences to participate - from beginning knitters to the advanced. Everyone who signs up will be an "assassin”." And in order to “kill” your “"victim"” you need to knit them a pair of socks that fits! Once they are “dead” they will send you the uncompleted socks and yarn that was meant for their victim and you will finish their “victim’s” socks and send the socks to the new victim. And so on, and so on, and so on…...you get the idea. Everyone participating will get a pair of hand knitted socks except for the last person “alive”. That person wins! They will get a "Bag O' Swag"! The usual rules…be nice, no flaming, etc etc etc. We’'re all here to have fun and to make new friends.
