I submitted the same information 4 years ago and the document was refused
because the USCG said that the boat did not meet the requirements. They kept my
application money.

Jon, Eligibility for documentation would seem to depend on how old your Dana is. Pre-1992 models qualified, but apparently when PS started up the Dana line...
