Dakota/Lakota/Nakota (DLN) Human Rights Advocacy Coalition was formed by a group of human beings who have bonded in the spirit of the Oyate...grassroots for the protection of our native peoples Human and Civil rights. The seven original bands of an alliance known as "Oceti Sakowin" or Seven Council Fires, often refered to as the Great Sioux Nation.

We stand so that the traditional voices of our nations are heard. We will work on behalf of the oyate to bring help and solutions to the issues of poverty, human sufferings, and many civil right violations against our peoples. This list will support those throughout the Lakota, Nakota, and Dakota nations. It is a time for all to stand tall and strong in protection of our lands, our beliefs, our sacred spirituality. This is our way of life. This is the dust that becomes our history to our future generations. We stand tall in support of our Treaties and Inherent rights. We will stand tall against oppressors of our people, regardless of the color or nation that they may represent.

All people who wish to stand strong with us in respect are welcome to join this list of advocates that represent all nations.
