DaFHE (Dawson and Forsyth Home Educators). This is a public homeschooling group serving north Forsyth county and south Dawson county in Georgia. This is an inclusive group, but by the nature of the membership will place more emphasis on Christian beliefs. All are welcome. We will encourage acceptance, education and support from all members.

The goal of this group is to have several activities to choose from throughout the month. All activities will be open to the whole family. As a group this group will not separate by age or gender. By doing activities this way all homeschoolers will be able to find others to build friendships with and will keep the family together and not divide. Approximately one activity a week will be planned. These range from park days, to field trips, to presentation opportunities. We will also try to find several ways that we can give back to our communities such as assisted living homes, and community projects. We also encourage others who have ideas for activities to help plan and participate in them.

There is no fee for this group. Any activities that we do that do have a fee such as a field trip to the zoo, I will state the fees ahead of time.
