'banaal' might be another option, in the sense of clichéd. Should be
'cheesy' of course! ;-)

A possible translation is "goedkoop" (cheap), or "smakeloos"
(tasteless), or perhaps both combined. So, to use it in your example:

"Ik ben die goedkope, smakeloze liedjes zat"

I can't consistently make any of those times. (7am would be 6am for
me. I can't speak my native language, let alone Dutch, at that time of
day!) I am studying during the day and have children in the evenings
and weekends. I am free after 9pm CET nearly every day. I could do
once or twice a week for an hour or two. During the day on some
Thursdays and/or Fridays and maybe on the weekend might work,
depending on my work load.
