For those who do sell or refi their homes after changing names you
just have the title company print something like "Joseph Smith who
took title as Joan Elizabeth Smith" under every place to sign. The
title companies are on top of this having sen it all before.

Lots of women change name while home owners, it's not even slightly
uncommon for a couple to buy a house together and get married some
years later, the wife taking the husband's name.
