The purpose of this group is to discuss the creation of Do It Yourself laser cutters and engravers. This will include the purchase/construction of lasers. Their operation and the building of cutting/engraving systems.

It would be appreciated if members could produce sketches to compliment complex descriptions and it would also be good if useful info could be collated as text/pdf files in the files section to avoid repetition.

Off topic stuff alowed but no politics/religion.

* Add good posts to the good post database, click database on the left hand menu. Every post has a number so add that and a meaningful name. Any post can be accessed by putting the number in the "Message # " box.

* Write up the good stuff you know in a pdf/text/word doc and stick it in the files section under "white papers".

* Add the links that you post or find helpful to the links section, make folders if needed.

* Stick some photos in the photos section if you have things to show.
