I am not sure what ES means by individual affiliates but we can make an impact individually if enough of us contribute in the small things that matter. After the full feature of Cesar Montano, Panaghoy sa Suba, came out five years ago, I have bought a couple legit disks. Not that it would be in any way enough to make the actor-producer feel rewarded for his labors but to let the distributors know that there is a demand for non-Tagalog materials. So aside from Panaghoy, what other legitimate non-Tagalog titles are on stock?
