This group is for builders and prospective builders of BlueJacket Shipcrafters' kit of ARLEIGH BURKE (DDG51). Initially, the primary purpose of this site was to provide updates on the kit's development to members and to acquire input from interested modelers regarding potential features of the kit. Now that the kit is in production, the purpose will be to provide a venue for kit builders to discuss their activities related to this kit.

This group was created and is moderated by Al Ross who, as an independent contractor, has designed most of BlueJacket's more recent kits. This is a moderated group open to anyone with an interest in the ARLEIGH BURKE kit. Please keep all messages/discussions focused on this particular kit or the actual vessel. Discussions related to other BlueJacket kits should be conducted on http://groups.yahoo.com/group/bjkit.

While this discussion group is approved by BlueJacket, it is NOT an official company-operated entity.
