The main purpose of this group is to strengthen the bond of Muslim families in DC/MD/VA area as well as a resource for Muslim educators and homeschooling parents.

Join us for discussions and sharing of information and resources of educational topics as they apply towards teaching our children.

We are based mainly in Prince William County. This list is a place to share ideas, plan social or academic activities, field trips, classes, outdoor as well as indoor activities.

Our goal is to simply create an environment that will allow our children to get together on a regular basis. Active participation is encouraged and is what will keep this group alive. Please feel free to coordinate an event.

We want everyone to feel welcome and have a good time. It is our hope that you find support and friends within this group.

Our group meets every month, consistently, bi'itnillah. If you are committed to getting together and having fun, then please join our group!

Please be respectful of differences in parental styles, homeschooling methods, political and religious beliefs.

To make sure that the group sharing is consistent, on behalf of the group members, I ask all members to post homeschooling related information, issues or comments at least once a month. Lack of participation will be subject to removal of membership.
