Get Drive Calculator 3.32

I have posted the new Drive Calculator version 3.32 on www.drivecalc.de.
This updates fixes bugs in the data import function and in the database
scan function, which have shown up under certain circumstances.

The database is no longer contained in the package. Instead you may
download the database separately. That will make it easier to always offer
the current file for download.
