Is there a way to simulate partial throttle with the program?

AFAIK, LIPO's are relatively constant voltage, until reaching the
"safe" discharge limit (~3.7 volts .. ~4.2 fully charged), so using a
constant voltage at 4.0 volts is not going to accurately simulate a 2s
pack at half throttle, right?
