1. Items for sale must be available locally in Cville/Alb or surrounding counties (Greene, Fluvanna, Louisa, etc.)

2. This list is for second-hand/used items. This is not a place to advertise your company or business. Members seeking to buy items via this list are looking for low-priced, gently used, acceptable quality items. Sellers, please post full disclosure of any stains, wear & tear. Buyers, please ask questions before buying, & request photos if you need them. Buyer beware.

3. No prescription meds or other items illegal to resell may be posted here. No spam, no out of town sellers, no shipping, no commercial advertisements.

4. Post prefixes (use in subject line):

FS: For Sale
ISO: In Search Of (items you are looking to buy)
STT: - Seeking To Trade (you are offering one item to trade for another, may also include partial cash sale to make up the difference)
SOLD: Item has sold
FOUND: Item has been purchased, you are no longer ISO
ADMIN: Questions about the list

5. Keep the subject line short so it can be scanned easily.

6. Provide a detailed description in the body of the message. Please include a price in for sale items, and if you're willing to bargain, include "OBO" ("or best offer"). PLEASE STATE *WHERE* IN TOWN BUYER CAN EXPECT TO PICK UP THE ITEM. (Use cross-streets, landmarks, etc.)

7. If you post a photo, be sure to remove it when the item has sold.

8. Transactions between buyers and sellers are your business. Please conduct transactions offlist. Responses to posts should only go to the poster.
