The LANIC speeches at the University of texas provide the materials in
English that have been translated by US intelligence. The translations are
not accurate. Moreover, the translations do not offer the original Spanish
versions.

The BBC Monitoring Service has a better track record on translations but the
service is not free.

Cuba offers the speeches in Spanish and many of these are also in English.

Below you will find a listing of all the speeches where Fidel Castro
discussed the problem and its long term consequences. At first, he related
the need fo the world capitalist economy to get more capital circulating by
means of the Third World debt. That is what he discussed in the 80s. Then in
the late 80s he already saw how capitalism shifted to the credit card
markets within capitalist industrial societies. By the early 1990s Fidel is
discussing the derivatives phenomena. At the time very few people paid
attention.
