The Creative Writing Club, nominally situated at Cal State LA, meets weekly to celebrate the written word. Founded in 1992 by Mat Gleason and Buddy Roberts, the Club has been home to dozens of publishing writers, and continues to foster creativity in fiction, nonfiction, poetry and whatever. Members come from all academic majors, backgrounds and age groups. Membership information is available on this forum.
