The purpose for the Creative Skills Training Council is to develop a network of like minded practitioners, facilitators, academics, business executives and policy makers who can simply log in, share information, contacts, concerns, experiences and to feel part of a developing community of knowledge and practice that is able to offer support, share ideas, concepts, processes and directions on an open platform basis in a field that's prime mode of development is tacit, rather than explicit knowledge.
