Having problems with message search?
1/2 lb. scapes chopped into 1 inch sections
1 1/2 cup olive oil
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese.
Blend scapes and oil in blender. Blend in cheese by hand.
There are other recipes on the internet. I added salt and cayenne pepper and some cashews.
The recipe says you can freeze this up in ice cube trays and bag the cubes to use when you make sauce etc.
