Hi Neighbor, I also live in louisiana , have you tried sqash casserole with shrimp or ground sausage in it? spaghetti squash you can make like a pasta with a shrimp sauce on top. need morerecipes try www.recepies.com I have gotten some good recipes off this site, just type in squash and they will have a list for you .
