This Group is open to people with an interest in the stamps, covers, postmarks, postcards, and all aspects of philately related to Costa Rica.

This Group will not entertain posts to purchase, sell, nor exchange stamps. Those interested in joining will be asked to provide their full name and address (in confidence), to the moderator. If you have a current philatelic reference (SOCORICO, or A.P.S. membership, as an example) you should provide that, too.
