Dear Ladies be very welcome in this (women-only!) corset-group. In the Victorian era the corset was viewed as an essential undergarment for all Victorian ladies. This group is dedicated solely for all women who desire a very beautiful slender figure. We invite especially all Ladies who are tight lacing, for who being corseted is a very important part of their daily lifestyle.
In this group we like to discuss about how corsets can be used for figure-training, waist-training, corset-training, tight-lacing and other corset disciplines. Almost 24/7 daily corseted ladies are very welcome! Please be not disappointed, of course are all novices in the field of waist training and other inexperienced corseted women also very welcome in our corset-group.
Corset training is an effort that requires a lot of commitment, self-discipline and oodles of motivation. Once you have put your mind to achieving a tiny waist, all efforts should go into the basics of corset training. Begin by buying a corset four inches less than your waist size. It is advisable to get custom made corsets to ensure proper fitting and to minimize the chances of a medical hazard such as cramping, back pain and pressure on the ribs. For best results, the corset should be worn for at least 23 hours/day. You may take it off when you go to take a bath/shower but at all other times, it should be worn day & night.
The corset training also involves diet restrictions. Big meals are restricted and snacking or small meals are preferred. The preference for small meals is recommended as a compliment to the process of fat reduction that goes along with corset training. Take care of the skin area that is being covered by the corset, as it will tend to dry out. This is because the skin is deprived of oxygen and perspiration stays locked in the corset.
